[Bug] Sim Speed displayed as 0 for yourself in new beta

Sorry for the poor english in the title. Basically when playing with the new beta my sim speed is always 0. I was confused because it used to sit around 6 or 7, even late game. I apologized for the low sim speed and then everyone looked and I was 6 but each person had there simspeed listed at 0. So basically sim speed for the person playing is now displayed as 0, even when it is not.

I noticed this Im normal on 10 sometimes 9 and now constant 0
