I am pretty sure they will bring out the beta3 today. Because if they are not able to bring out the beta, they would not name a date.

i dont think they will do it so quick but we never know

i wish they put all 8 demigods and 1 more map so we can see better the balance at all characters and see different maps. Also i want to see 2 demigod i missed since i started at beta2b

I'm not hearing any of the rumblings you usually get on a release day, or even the day before a release - so I'm tentatively editing the post accordingly.  I predict B3 for February 5, with a potential 2D for netcode meantime.

Javaslinger - The delay can sometimes be only one day, as with the last Beta, or it can be a week or more.  The lack of dev activity on these forums makes me think they have pushed it back a week to next Thursday, but if they find significant problems don't be surprised to see Beta 3 in February. 

CS - Demigod IRC is a channel, not a program, but you can find all the info you need to get on here

We're internally testing a beta 2D right now which may go up tomorrow.  Mainly bug fixes.ü  Particle tweaks

ü  Low fidelity fog and terrain rendering improvements

ü  Sedna skill fixes.

ü  Elimination of the Cam_Free warning

ü  Reduced Regulus’ mine caps

ü  Adjustments to difficulty settings

ü  Many VO and text alert updates.

ü  More consistent display of war score and war rank across UI

ü  Audio balance pass

ü  Fix to displayed map in lobby

ü  Rollover display updates

ü  Many localization updates and adjustments for foreign language installs.

ü  Flag control multipliers

ü  Engine version checking.

ü  Pings now function properly between clients

ü  More sound system options for low fidelity systems

ü  Updates to support surround sound

ü  Removed minion float text

ü  And last but not least… a fix to the dreaded minotaur position desynch
