Don't care what anyone says, Roy Buchanan was the greatest guitarist to ever walk the Earth.  Sadly, he was arrested for drunkeness and died prematurely in a jail cell, thus ending a brilliant period of rock/blues history.

Not the best sound quality, but some of the best guitar gymnastics you'll ever see/hear.

I saw Roy Buchanan on both occasions he came to Brisbane.... both concerts were toatally spellbinding and enthralling.... simply the best.

TedeschiTrucks Band.... The Sky is Cryin'.... an early Fleetwood Mac hit.  Susan Tedeschi is not only a great singer with great pipes, she can wield a pretty mean axe as well.

There are some great vids here, I especially like the Blues and have been playing blues harp (harmonica) for 40 years now. Damn that is a long time, I should be better than I am.

Another genre I really like... the heavy metal ballad.

Judas Priest.... Before the Dawn.  Robert Halford's vocals are so haunting... they almost take you there, to what he's feeling.
