After your post, I've tried a few more forums (e.g. WinCustomize and some other parts of Stardock forums)
I usually start at Recent posts on WinCustomize, in fact, it's my home page. I agree, not being able to collapse the sections would be a real minus. It seems odd that function doesn't work on certain forums.
