Single player lag, /nosound doesn't help

I'll make this short.

The game has quite some input delay and setting every sound setting to the lowest doesn't help.

I'm playing on high graphic settings and get around 90 stable FPS and 10 sim speed.

My rig:

GPU: GTX 570 2.5GB GDDR5

Sound: Creative X-FI
