Forum avatar gone and unable to upload a new one.

On the Gal Civ forums, I have lost my 'avatar'. I am also unable to upload a new one even though it is below the maximum size listed. I tried clearing my browser cache and deleting all history and now everyone's Avatar is 'gone'.

As a result of the server outage, avatars disappeared. It's being worked on.
