That site is not in our block list. When I try to hit the site, my browser reports the domain cannot be found.
My best guess is that the site is experiencing some technical difficulties. When and whether it will return I cannot say.

Brief description of website:
www.neowin.net is a well known tech web site. it has always worked before, why has it changed now?
This worked fine last week, now I cannot get to the site anymore. I am posting here, because I cannot get there to post it. Maybe someone can refer this post to them , is there some coding change made over the weekend or something?
