Unable to load game

the game starts fine, i can edit my graphics and see a nice menu screen. but when i try to go singleplayer or multiplayer the loading screen loads forever. i tried deleted the game.prefs and the whole folder. nothing.

 

what the hell do i do... why would you publish this game with so many errors...

hmm... that's strange.  In the past where I've seen this error, it was always related to the game.prefs file.  I don't personally have any other ideas as to what you need to do to fix this.  Suggest you shoot an email to [email protected].  They typically don't work (AFAIK) on the weekends.  If I were you, I'd try to reinstall and see if that helps... pretty weird error to me though.  Sorry you having a rough time with it and hope you get up and running soon.
