cant get pass the account registration screen

i recently bougth demigod off steam and its not letting me get pass the account registration screen it keeps giving me a 444. text doc file and it wants me to put it somewhere but i dont know where please help im pulling my hair out over this.

If you haven't already, please shoot an email to [email protected]. I haven't encountered this issue before or seen much of it being posted on the forums.
