Example. A match 3v3. your side is winning at some point by a lot and two enemies leave game. What do you do if last enemy won't concede? I prefer conceding of my whole team (for saving replay issues, etc) and getting next match better, but no... people will pwn that person to the end (sort of forcing me not to leave also, which is horrible...).
