If you are in a game and your game crashes, you are still sometimes marked as logged in, so the system won't let you log in while still logged in, if that makes sense.

So, it usually goes away within five minutes or so. Since it hasn't, I'd send an e-mail to [email protected] and tell them of your problem and they'll fix it for you pretty quickly.

I have tried everything you have suggested nothing works, can someone tell me how to fix this problem now rather than me waiting for ten years for stardock to fix the problem.

I had similar issue, it didnt remember my game pass to stardock untill I restarted and waited for a few minutes. then it was ok.

crashed due to alt tab (why does it sometimes crash on alt tabbing and sometimes doesnt?)
