If you want to port SOGE into Diplomacy for yourself, it's not that much work.  The Dev exe and a few hours with the text files should be more than enough I think.  Unlike the change from vanilla to Entrenchment, there wasn't much from a modding perspective.  You'd have to do actual work to make something other than a cut and paste of the diplomacy related files into the existing sides for the research of course, but it would function fine with very few changes outside of the tech tree.

 

If you do, make sure you get proper permissions before sharing such endeavors.
