OK it's the second time it happens already... it cant be just a case.

I was hosting a game, 2vs2 on cataract. I think we were going to win since we had more kills, a shitload of moneys and we were owning the whole map. Well, here the game message comes out with this error saying the net crashed and started a short countdown to the game to exit. The bad thing it happens everytime while i'm hosting and going to win. I was just wondering if this is a way the looser hacks something to close the game before loosing it and if there is some way to prevent this kind of problem.

It doesn't say "the net crashed". It says that an invalid game state occured and therefore the game is no longer in sync.

To answer your last question: yes, it could be caused on purpose to avoid a loss. But otherwise it's a game bug and there is nothing you can do about it.
