no it doesn't. do you mean while watching replays or are you able to play him?

oh wait you mean the small hp bars you can enable above demigod chars ingame

It may not have been occulus specific, often in games I find HP bars do not appear over some demigods. Sometimes its like way way higher than it's supposed to be, but more often than not just completely non-existent.

true! quite a disadvantage if you ask me!

Yes, this is not specific to Occulus. This happens with every unit in the game, randomly.
