What The Deuce?

Microsoft is SHOCKED out of sponsorship!

By on October 26, 2009 7:37:44 PM from WinCustomize Forums WinCustomize ForumsExternal Link

Microsoft had intended to sponsor a special episode of 'Family Guy' to promote Windows7. However, apparently after a screening of the episode, Microsoft decided to back out. It seems that after 10 years and 120 episodes, Microsoft had no idea that 'Family Guy' was full of 'controversial material'. The episode will still air and is looking for another sponsor. (Hey Brad, ya reading this?)

All that's left of the now defunct partnership is the video below from the WIndows 741 Student site.

Microsoft probably backed out because they realized the commercial ain't funny... like Family Guy for the past five years.

...they have no idea what their doing when...

Police at work!

They're - not their. There is a difference. Learn it!

Their

They're

There

Three different words (word forms), and they each mean something different.

Oh, Family Guy is still hilarious. But I have to agree, that commercial wasn't very special.

The Family Guy is about as funny as an upchuck in a space helmet while trying to navigate through an asteroid belt...

...or a rattler in yer undies.

Who ever came up with that garbage ought to be stood up against the wall and formally shot.

What an insult to one's intelligence... and now Channel 7 (Brisbane, Oz) is showing it twice a week, prime time.

Worse still, they always slot it in between two shows I actually want to watch... bastards.

The newer episodes are crap, no wheres near as funny as the older Family Guy, I miss the minute long Peter in pain scenes always a favorite.
