All favor items lost in off-line mode

I'd managed to purchase all of the favor items using my off-line profile. Now, since v1.1 - they're all gone, and I have to buy them again.

Also buying them only permits their use for 1 match. After the match is over, I've used up favor points, and have to buy the favor item again.

Is this how they want to implement favor items from now on, or is this a bug?

Its a bug, I am having the same problem.
