Get rid of "Ready" button when playing single player

I know, Demigod's a multiplayer focused game, and most of you may well rarely ever play a single player skirmish game. But even so, is the "ready" button in SP even halfway necessary? I mean, you're the only one there. You have to press the ready button and then start the game. Granted, it's not that much trouble, but it's completely unnecessary. Just take it out already.

Like I said, it's not a huge problem, but it's just not necessary.

It is a rather small thing that is incredibly annoying for some reason.
