Registering Demi-god problem

Well, yesterday I bought Demi-god from Wal-mart. Seemed fun and I heard good things about it. After installing and downloading impulse I started up the game. Well it said i needed to update and I pressed ok, well I had to register my product before I could download the patch and play multiplayer. But heres the problem. I keep getting errors when I try to register!, I entered all the letters carefully, added the -'s, lowercased, uppercased, but everytime I keep getting "This serial is not reconginized by impulse." What did I wrong?
