Model Colors Wrong

Model colors of demigods, creeps, and buildings have been fine until today, until I installed the new patch this morning (.0105).

Now all of the models, both my side and the other side are very dark and very gray, like they are in deep shadow or something--they are almost black. I've been playing in the single player tournament mode. I rebooted the game-- same thing. I restarted the computer--same thing. I changed settings from high textures to medium textures--same thing.

Backgrounds colors on the map are normal.

Has anyone had a similar problem and is there a way to restore model colors to normal?

To answer my own question, I deleted the Demigod folder from My Documents -> My Games -> Gas Powered Games, and problem solved.

Just wanted to say, this has happened a second time now, where all model colors suddenly become dark grey--like buldings, demigods, and creeps are in deep shadows always. My shadow settings are on low. I'm sure it will be restored again when I delete the Demigod folder from My Documents. I might try some other tweaks before doing that; I'll edit if I find anything significant. This never happened before the latest patch.
