Update Doesn't Work in Impulse

Game claims that I need to update my client (which I'm happy with, hoping there are some good fixes), but when it launches Impulse, there is no update to do.

So how can we update the game? Is there any offline installer to download?

After 10 minutes it doesn't need an update anymore I think it was just a "yet another bug".
