[Bug/Cheese] Erebus suicide for gold

Drinking your own blood

By on March 20, 2009 10:15:22 AM from Demigod Forums Demigod Forums

If an Erebus player has poisoned blood, grabbing your own pickup which subsequently kills you... gives you gold.

I'd assume this works with allies as well.

Edit: Doesn't count those kills in the end of game statistics.

A good reason why there ought to be a gold penalty for death....but yeah, clearly something that was overlooked.

Hahaha, wow - can't believe that this bug hasn't been pointed out until now

Was this just a display bug, or did you actually see more gold go into your coffers?

I got more gold. Don't know if my opponent did.

Yay, and Erebus goes from the weakest to the strongest hero in a split second! . Well...too bad all these deaths will make him massively under-leveled hehe.
