[bug/interface] zero seconds of stun?

Regulus's Deadeye ability at the end of the end of the sniping tree says that it has a chance of causing "0 seconds" of stun. Is this a bug, a description error, or is it just supposed to be an interrupt? (in which case, the description might need altering)

Yes ive been wondering. Because I believe ive been "stunned" for 0 seconds before and I wasn't actually interupted...(maybe its just me)

It's a rounding bug I'll make sure gets fixed. I don't have the content in front of me, but Deadeye's stun is in the neighborhood of 0.3 seconds.
