[Suggestion] Pinned Current Issues Thread

By on January 8, 2009 6:57:42 PM from Demigod Forums Demigod Forums

Internally I assume you guys have a good system for bug tracking or something more involved at the least, but I thought for the public testers it might be a viable idea to pin a post listing "currently known issues or bugs" so that people don't continually re-post the same issues.

Note I'm not saying it to discourage posting, but maybe a list with quick summary or link to the thread(s) which orginally brought up the issue, so that information can be gathered on our end quickly & we can work on trying to find other bugs or confirming that given issue.  Appending to the idea:  you could also allow replies to be validation of an issue(s) or tell people steps in posting issues similar but maybe differing circumstances of reaching the bug.

Not to make the thread huge however, you could tag the larger issues with numbers or names, so that new bug postings could be easily tagged & linked back to the issue.

Looking forward to helping more in the future & hope the suggestion might help...

Also if I missed previous related-posts or a similar-thread, my apologies carry on
