[Visual Bugs] Flag capturing and God Strength buff icon

When capturing a flag and an opposing Demigod enters the capture radius, the flag isn't actually switching sides, but continues to spin as if it were. (Kinda hard to test that against the AI.)

Also, the first level buff icon of God Strength for Rook uses the Power of the Tower icon.
