Orphan Works Legislation

Most of you probably haven't and don't care about the Orphan Works Legislation.  Basically, if you make a form of physical art (picture, animation, ect) you have to pay a annual fee to keep it liscenced.  Not paying this would allow anyone to steal the work, without giving credit.
Under our current laws, everything is pretty much copyrighted the instant it's made.

Anyone else see anything wrong with this?

I've been spreading the word about that BS for a while now, I guess I forgot to hit this forum. And you missed a few important bits about it -- like having to have it registered in every registry to license it. So every time a new registry is created, thats another 5+ dollars out of you pocket.
