Crashes while in single player tournament battle

As per the title.  The game crashes every time I am in a battle.  Single player tournament.  It doesn't seem to be linked to anything specific.  The game will run smoothly and then the game crashes. 

I am running Windows 7, 64 bit.  All drivers are updated.  Below is part of a dxdiag that I ran.
