Big Statistic Problem

Win? ... I loose if i win and loose if i really loose...

At beginning, sry for my english. It is not the best

 

I have a problem and don´t know how i can fix it or what i should do. I played some times online. Like most of the people there i like to win, hopefully every game. Like every player i am not good enough to win every game but i am not so bad. My problem is that my statistic doesnt looking like i have played. At the moment under player info: 12games 3win 9looses 80% disconnect. Normal would be: 15games 6win ...%disconnect.

Every play i win isn´t updated in statistic or updated as a loose. Every play i loose is updated as itself. I win a game and don´t get anything for it as a loose in statistic and don´t know why...

ich schreibs nochmal in deutsch in Kurzform. Also ich weiss nicht was ich machen soll, meine Statistik stimmt nicht mit der "Eigentlich Richtigen" überein. Egal ob ich gewinne oder verliere wird entweder kein win, garnix oder loose angezeigt aber nie das ich gewonnen habe. Meine Statistik wird nur schlechter nie besser. Ich weiss nicht was ich tun kann damit nur angezeigt wird wie ich wirklich gespielt habe...

 

Bitte um Hilfe.

Hello

Well... I can explain this (in English only though).

If you play a match and win, but someone desyncs your game or crashes - game counts as a loss or doesn't appear at all (game never happened). This may happen randomly (rarely), on purpose when: quitting, ultra lagging, etc. To all those players here my very angry response "You see what you do to newbies by desyncing their games? They get low win ratio and cannot join any rooms. I also felt that myself with my new account, so... Stop that please"

I also may point out, that this could be your connection problem. If your connection isn't very stable, you can lose a connection for a second and get a loss because of that (quitting = loss).
