bloody text icon thing to MYSELF

yo anyone know how to fix this prob i have. a text caht button to myself keeps poping up, in it it says my name (Darkw01f) is chatting to Herbse1 or something. it wont go away...

Have you changed your username? If so, that causes this issue... It's been well known for a few months.

Revert your screen name to your original, whatever iti s.

DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING.

Let it sit there until the servers update at midnight EST.

It's fixed.

If not, let it sit alone for another 24 hours.

Karma is a bitch,  now I am having this issue, though it is with someone else.

Turns out if they send you a message and then they change their username it won't go away... trying to get them to change back for a day and see if that fixes it. Will post here with results.

Not sure there is a clean fix for this yet, but hopefully with the new overlay they're taking a look at it.  One things for sure, if you ever see all the messages frozen on frogboy's screenshots, you'll know the issue is well known.

OMFG this is fucking gay, now 2 POP UP! there both to ME the only difference is that one has a lowercase W. fuck this shit, im boycotting this game till this bullshit is fixed.
