Is there an offical one where good people go? The one mentioned in another topic was messed up. I just wanted to know so I can play with some better people...

ALl my friends just use Xfire's voice chat when we play. It's free, and the quality is pretty much as good as vent or teamspeak. Oh, and it's free.
