How do you get the theme?

We were promised a Destop skin/theme if we pre-ordered and I was wondering how to get it?

It wasn't on either of the disks I got, and no DL links anywere. Is it not done yet??

It's not done yet

You'll be able to get it off of Impulse once it is released
